The process of informing learners of your perceptions of their performance and suggestions for improving their performance, It involves providing learners with positive reinforcement on appropriate performance and constructive criticism on less effective performance.
Why feedback is Essential?
People hold overly favorable views of their abilities Incompetence causes poor performance and the inability to recognize that one’s performance is poor
